Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026.

This policy explains what personal data BeenApps (beenapps.com) processes, for what purpose, with whom it shares it, and how you can exercise your rights. It complies with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018, LGPD) and, for visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679, GDPR).

1. Who is the controller?

The data controller for the data processed on this website is Spotads Provedor de Conteúdo Ltda, registered under CNPJ 44.062.915/0001-05. For any privacy-related matters, please write to contato@beenapps.com or use the page of Contact.

2. What data do we process?

  • Data you send: Name, email, and message from the contact form.
  • Navigation data: IP address, browser, operating system, device type, pages viewed, date and time, referring website, and approximate location (country or city).
  • Cookies and identifiers: used for the site's operation, audience measurement, and advertising, according to... Cookie Policy.

BeenApps also counts how many times each article is read, in order to compile lists of most-read articles. This count does not identify the reader.

3. What do we use it for and on what legal basis?

  • Replying to you: Responding to messages, correction requests, and privacy requests (procedures at the request of the data subject).
  • Keep the website online and secure: To prevent fraud, spam, and attacks, and to correct vulnerabilities (legitimate interest).
  • Measuring audience and campaigns: to know which pages are read and which BeenApps ads bring readers (legitimate interest or consent, depending on the region).
  • Display advertisement: To display the advertisements that keep the site free (consent, when required by law, or legitimate interest).
  • Obey the law: Keep access logs and comply with orders from authorities (legal obligation).

4. Google Ad Manager Advertising

BeenApps displays ads through Google Ad Manager. Google and other ad providers use cookies and identifiers to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, limit ad repetition, measure results, and combat fraud. The ads appear identified as advertising.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: In these regions, the site uses Google's privacy message, which asks for your consent before personalized advertising cookies. You can accept, refuse, or change your choice afterward.

5. Campaign measurement: Meta Conversion Pixel and API

BeenApps advertises its own articles on Facebook and Instagram. To track which ads bring in readers, the site uses the Meta Pixel, and some of these events may also be sent via the Meta Conversions API, server-to-server. Browsing events, such as page views and clicks, are recorded, along with browser and campaign identifiers. You can control the use of this data in your Meta account's ad settings and block third-party cookies in your browser.

6. Who do we share with?

BeenApps does not sell personal data. We only share data with those who help operate the site: hosting, security, automatic page translation, measurement and advertising (such as Google and Meta), always for the purposes mentioned above, and with authorities when required by law or a court order.

7. International Transfer

Google and Meta process data on servers outside of Brazil, including in the United States. These transfers follow the mechanisms outlined in the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), such as standard contractual clauses.

8. How long do we keep it?

Contact messages are stored for the time necessary to respond to and resolve the request. Technical access logs follow the server's retention cycle and the timeframes required by law. Cookie retention periods are detailed in the Cookie Policy.

9. Security

The site uses HTTPS connection and restricted access to systems. No system is completely immune, so do not send passwords, documents, or bank details through the form.

10. Your rights

Under the LGPD (article 18) and the GDPR (articles 15 to 22), you can request confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, review of automated decisions and withdrawal of consent, as well as object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send the request to [email address/contact information]. contato@beenapps.com. You can also complain to National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or, in Europe, to your country's data protection authority.

11. Children and adolescents

BeenApps is not intended for children under 13 and does not intentionally collect data from children. Guides on dating apps deal with services restricted to those over 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has submitted data to us, please write to [email address/contact information]. contato@beenapps.com.

12. Links to other websites

The guides lead to the official app pages on Google Play and the App Store, and to other websites. This policy does not apply to them; check the privacy policy of each app individually.

13. Changes

When this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with the date at the top.
